Ergo Arena accessibility guide — wheelchair, special needs and assistance
Ergo Arena was built in 2010 with modern accessibility standards. Here is what you need to know if you or someone in your group has a disability or special requirements for the Scooter Halloween Rave Party.
Wheelchair access
- Entrances: All main entrances are step-free with automatic doors
- Elevators: Available to reach all levels
- Designated viewing areas: Wheelchair platforms with clear sightlines at multiple locations
- Companion seating: Space next to wheelchair positions for a companion
- Accessible restrooms: Available on every level
Getting a wheelchair-accessible ticket
Contact the Ergo Arena box office or the ticket provider directly. When purchasing for the Scooter concert, specify that you need wheelchair-accessible seating. Companion tickets are typically available at reduced rates or free — ask when booking.
Transport to the venue
By car: Designated disabled parking spaces are available in both P1 and P2 parking lots, close to accessible entrances. See our transport guide.
By tram: Lines 2, 9, 10 to Ergo Arena stop. Gdansk trams are low-floor and wheelchair-accessible.
By SKM train: Gdansk Zaspa station — note the walk is approximately 10 minutes and includes some uneven surfaces.
Hearing impairments
- Ergo Arena concerts are loud — this is generally not an issue for hard-of-hearing guests who enjoy feeling the bass
- If you use hearing aids, consult your audiologist about concert settings
- Bring ear protection if you have sensitivity to certain frequencies
Visual impairments
- Staff can assist with navigation inside the venue
- Arrive early to familiarize yourself with the layout
- The arena is well-lit in circulation areas
- The concert itself features intense lighting effects — strobe lights and lasers are part of the rave experience
Sensory sensitivities
A rave concert is an intense sensory environment: loud music, flashing lights, large crowds, vibrating bass. If you have sensory sensitivities:
- Tribune seats offer more personal space than the floor
- Positions near exits allow you to step out if needed
- Earplugs help manage volume levels
- Consider arriving during the warm-up acts when the crowd is smaller
Service animals
Guide dogs and other service animals are generally permitted. Contact the venue in advance to confirm arrangements.
Medical assistance
A medical team is present at every major event. If you have a condition that might require assistance, inform security at the entrance so they can note your location.
